Kavya Smrithi Adabala

Kavya Smrithi Adabala was trained in Kuchipudi under Guru Hari Rama Murthy at Kuchipudi Kalakshetra in Vizag, India for over 15 years. Over the course of that period, she has performed at venues across India under her Guru's guidance, including as a part of his troupe performing his renowned theatrical dance productions.

Ten years ago, Kavya left India and moved to the U.S. to pursue higher studies, but her passion for dance led her to join Kalanidhi Dance in Bethesda, MD. In the years since, she went on to perform across this country as part of the Kalanidhi Dance Company. She more recently moved to the Seattle region, but Kavya continues to explore and embrace every opportunity to share this vibrant art form.
